What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at email@example.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing or other items for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Note : if you choose a size, and the number does not suit you, then we can not refund you, but you can return the product received, and we'll send you the size you want
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
We do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective that was caused by seller.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
-) Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
-) Simply contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding your return.
-) Customers must provide us with tracking information to be eligible for a refund or replacement
-) Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
-) Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
-) Note: Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
-) The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
